The Dean Hedstrom Foundation for Melanoma Awareness is a non-profit 501(c)3 foundation. All donations are tax deductible according to IRS regulations.

Your generous donation will help us educate people to the dangers of overexposure to the sun and the importance of early detection of skin cancer. With your support, we will be able to continue to promote melanoma awareness through our Wear Your Awareness™ Educational Campaign in schools, community organizations and athletic associates. In addition, your contributions will allow us to donate sun-shade structures and Wear Your Awareness™ kits at golf facilities that promote The First Tee, AJGA and other youth programs. Your generosity will also allow us to continue our support of the Dean Hedstrom Research Fund at the UCSF for melanoma treatment research.
