Initial diagnosis: Malignant Melanoma, superficial spreading type, invasive to Clark's level 2.

Progression and dates: Continual examinations every 3 months since diagnosis. Have had more than 15 moles and other suspicious spots removed, some benign, some pre-cancerous, and some cancerous.

Treatment location(s): Moffitt Cancer Center, Tampa, Florida and Bay Dermatology, Port Richey, Florida.

Current status: Still getting checked frequently and paying careful attention to any new or changing spots on skin.
